Pricing
At gul.com, our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability on-line at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise at promotional prices. While merchandise offered on-line at gul.com will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered at our Gul UK stores, in some cases, Gul UK stores may have different prices or promotional events at different times and vice versa. We do not offer a price difference adjustment because the price has been reduced during the sale or because you have found it at a lower price in a Gul store. The price paid at the time of your purchase on the website or store is final.
Pricing Errors
In the event an gul.com product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, gul.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. gul.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, gul.com shall issue a payment to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Errors and Inacuracies in total
The information of the gul.com web site may contain some typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Variations
We do our best to display as accurately as possible the colors, size and fit of the products shown on the gul.com web site. However, because of variations dependant on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Cancellation and Fraud
In an effort to protect our customers, all orders placed at gul.com are screened and security checked for fraud. We advise you to include a valid telephone number and email address with your order so we can contact you if we need you to confirm its authenticity. All checks are made for the security and safe shopping of our customers. We may ask you to confirm certain elements of your order which may include the billing or delivery address. We will never ask you for full credit / debit card details. Although it is rare that it would be necessary for us to cancel an order, we reserve the right to refuse any orders from a customer where the following situations are applicable:
Incorrect credit/debit card number, expiration date or security code.
Incorrect billing information (billing information you provide is different from information your credit card company/ bank has on record).
Insufficient/incorrect shipping address (street, town/city, county or postal code).
Fraudulent information.
We may cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history. If we are unable to contact you via the telephone number or email address you provided with your order within 3 days we reserve the right to cancel your order. (In this circumstance; a full refund will be actioned to the original payment method).
The sale of your order will appear on your credit card statement as 'www.gul.com'.

Payment
We accept payment from Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed.

Gift Vouchers
In-Store Only Gift Vouchers
Currently Store gift vouchers can only be purchased in one of our stores.
Store vouchers are not redeemable via our online store or mail order telephone line. In store gift vouchers are valid for the duration of one year.
Online Discount Vouchers
Online discount vouchers usually have alimited time period, they are only intended for the individaul receipient of the e-mail or postal notification.We often run discount schemes and vouchers through third partys including specified discount codes for groups of individuals, again these are only intended for targeted recipients.we hold the right to remove any discount codes without prior arangement.
Gift Voucher and Discoutn VoucherTerms & Conditions
All Gul store gift vouchers can be redeemed on goods of a higher value on payment of the difference in stores. If vouchers are exchanged for goods of a lower value, a new voucher to the remainding value will be created.
No change can be given on Gul gift vouchers.
Online Discount Vouchers can not be used in Gul stores.
Gul gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or for goods already supplied or ordered.
In-Store & Online discount vouchers cannot be refunded.
You cannot use your voucher to purchase other gift vouchers. Neither can you exchange an in-store gift voucher for an online gift voucher or vice-versa.
These vouchers are not transferable to anyone else.
We regret that we cannot re-issue lost, stolen, mislaid or damaged Gul store gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and each individual retailer reserves the right not to accept any vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers and such vouchers shall not be refunded. To deface a voucher will render it invalid
Store vouchers are valid for
one year
. We cannot extend vouchers that are near expiration. We cannot replace vouchers that have expired.
Our normal terms and conditions of purchase (as varied by these terms and conditions) apply to items supplied in exchange for a Gul Gift Voucher.
All purchases via our website or telesales are subject to payment authorization.
Competitions
You must be 18 years of age and over to enter the competition (unless otherwise stated). Gul International Limited retains the right to use collected information from competition entries for future marketing purposes. Collected data will not be shared with any 3rd parties. Delivery and Returns
At gul.com we aim to offer a reliable delivery from dispatch. Goods are sent via Royal Mail or DHL who act as our Courier. On occasions items may become lost in the post. Due to a policy enforced by our couriers we must wait 14 working days before we can issue another item or offer a refund. Under no circumstances will we resend goods until this time period elapses. As parcels are sent with Royal Mail and DHL, we cannot specify a time of delivery nor can you request any special instructions. If an item is sent to an address that you specified when ordering which turns out to be incorrect, we are not liable if this item does not reach you. gul.com cannot be accountable for any delays incurred whilst in transit with Royal Mail or DHL. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day. Please note that Gul International Limited do not ship overseas.
All deliveries are given the utmost
importance and we will aim to deliver you products on time. We cannot take
responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels. Please contact us as soon as you
can with any problems. Items can be returned in-line with our current returns policy;
there will be a returns note in you parcel.

of purchase (we will allow for postage days each end) with all the correct
labels and in the condition that you received it. Sale items are non-refundable
they can be exchanged only.
