Ordering, Delivery and Returns

 

Registration

By registering and creating an account with Gul.com you can view, track and manage your orders, including setting up a return or exchange. This will also store all past orders giving you access to your order history.You may also purchase items as a guest user without creating an account with us. All payments made on gul.com will be processed via Sagepay. We use secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to any Gul employees.

Once adding your desired products to the shopping basket and entering the checkout you can simply select your chosen shipping method.

Please note:

  • Monday-Thursday *Express Delivery orders must be placed before 3.30pm in order for next day delivery any orders after this time will then be shipped the following working day.
  • Friday Any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped on the next working day
  • Weekend & Bank Holidays All weekend or bank holiday orders will be shipped on the next working day

  


Delivery

 

  • At Gul.com we aim to offer a reliable delivery from dispatch. Goods are sent via UK Mail who acts as our Courier.
  • On occasion items may become lost in the post. Due to a policy enforced by our couriers we must wait 14 working days before we can issue another item or offer a refund.
  • Under no circumstances will we resend goods until this time period elapses. As parcels are sent with UK Mail, we cannot specify a time of delivery nor can you request any special instructions.
  • If an item is sent to an address that you specified when ordering which turns out to be incorrect, we are not liable if this item does not reach you. Gul.com cannot be accountable for any delays incurred whilst in transit with UK Mail.
  • Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day.
  • Please note that Gul do not ship overseas.
  • All deliveries are given the utmost importance and we will aim to deliver you products on time.
  • We cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels.
  • Please contact us as soon as you can with any problems.
  • Items can be returned in-line with our current returns policy; there will be a returns note in you parcel.

Gul On-Line Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Gul product you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Customers may return items with valid proof of purchase, in the original condition it was received with all tags and packaging intact, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Customers can return the items by following the returns instructions that will be received with the order and should ship them back to Gul Watersports Ltd. Customers will be instructed to use a shipping method that can be tracked and insured for their own protection.

Exchanges can be made on a like for like basis. E.g./ different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability.
